The draw

This activity is for fun only. Ten selections per event day. One accepted entry per email address. No carryover or repeat winners.

Submit accurate contact details before the closing time. An eligible, nonduplicate submission is accepted automatically and receives a raffle-reference email. No email code, confirmation-link click or SMS code is required. Our format and duplicate checks do not prove that a phone is active or an inbox belongs to you. Kirpa may review contact details and exclude invalid or ineligible entries before the list is locked. Giving another person’s details is not permitted. The same name alone is not treated as a duplicate.

The public scrolling animation presents the draw. The server records the selection before revealing it; refreshing the screen does not select another person. The organizer can begin once enough eligible participants have registered.

Your information

Kirpa Properties collects your name, category, email address and international phone number to process your registration, prevent repeated entries, issue a raffle reference and run the activity. This registration is not a separate marketing subscription.

Your name and raffle reference are shown on the publicly accessible draw page, including in the participant rotation and winner list. Your email address and phone number are not included in the public website’s data feed. Authorized organizers can access contact details for event administration.

The hosted service and its email and anti-abuse providers process the information needed to provide these features. The prepared project requires compatible hosting/storage and uses Resend for email, Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse checks. These services may process information outside your home country. Kirpa must review its event-specific retention period and applicable requirements before opening registration.
